PEGGY RAJSKI
producer
Peggy Rajski is a veteran producer with many years experience bringing provocative, groundbreaking films successfully to the screen.
Rajski’s producing credits include TOWELHEAD, HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS, LITTLE MAN TATE, THE GRIFTERS, MATEWAN, EIGHT MEN OUT and THE BROTHER FROM ANOTHER PLANET. TREVOR follows the painful, funny awakening of a pubescent boy obsessed with Diana Ross as he develops an irresistible crush on one of his school’s most popular athletes. The film inspired the creation of The Trevor Project, which provides the only nationwide suicide prevention helpline for LGBTQ youth.
Other directorial outings include the long-running hit television series ER and second-unit photography on several feature films.
Rajski is a member of the Producers Branch of the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Science. She serves on the Film Festivals and Foreign Language Committees, and co-chairs the Institutional and Scholar Grants Committee. Rajski also helped launch BeCause, a series of 30 minute documentaries about social innovators. ONE BRIDGE TO THE NEXT profiled a pioneering medical program for the homeless and won Audience Awards at Aspen ShortsFest and the Palm Springs International ShortFest.
